Was involved into whole SDLC since inception stage down to operations after the release.

  • Was responsible for supervision of external QA contractors for AAA-title World of Tank (PC), yearly contract negotiations and budgeting, resource allocations and SLA. Additionally, crisis managed P&C lab due to departure of acting lead.
